David Blake, a forensic Specialist from the Division of Aging Services, GA Department of Human Services will give overview of abuse, neglect, and exploitation involving vulnerable and at-risk adults, the laws in Georgia relating to abuse, the different agencies that respond and where to report suspected abuse.
