The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Senior Citizens Council of Cobb was held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the Cobb Wellness Center The meeting featured Senator Michael ‘Doc’ Rhett and Representative Sharon Cooper. Discussions focused on health items and services for Cobb seniors. Senator Rhett presented a Georgia Senate Proclamation to the Senior Citizen Council for having been operating for 50 years. “BE IT RESOLVED that the Georgia Senate recognize and commend the Senior Citizen Council of Cobb County upon the grand occasion of its 50th anniversary and extend sincere best wishes for continued success.”
